With over 25 years of coaching, I know this for a fact: women in midlife CAN do anything, but we need to do it differently that we did in our 20's.  

 

The number one most important trait of a good coach is one that understands your specific needs & goals.  Not just from book learning, but from personal experience and training other women just like you.  

 

I get you.  I'm 49 years alive and have faced many of the same challenges you have.  I have personally experienced the physical, hormonal, and mental changes that happen throughout life.  I've lived it. and I've helped thousands of women as they live it, too.  

 

As a midlife woman, your body still thrives with regular exercise. However, your emphasis on WHY fitness is important may change. Yes, we all want to look great, but our health & fitness is about way more than numbers on a scale.  

 

Fitness after 40 is  about decreasing your muscle &  bone loss, increasing your energy levels, decreasing your stress, and reconginizing how the confidence you gain from prioritizing your health & fitness will have a direct impact on your relationships, career goals, financial family dynamics, and social.  Fitness is about being your best ever... forever.

WHY CHOOSE ME?

At age 43, I was a 3x Ironman triathlon World Champion competitor, a risk taker, an entrepreneur, a coach, a leader!  But I also was, a 2x divorcee ( the second from an abusive alcoholic), battling health issues ranging from a broken neck to autoimmune disease to disordered eating, focused on pleasing everyone else but me. I struggled with the mean girl voice in my head berating me for making so many "mistakes".

 

In other words, I was human.

Throughout my career, helping thousands of women reach huge pinnacles in fitness, I hid my "humanness" behind a tough-as-nails exterior.  I thought women would not respect me or think I was a bad role model if I shared my personal struggles as a woman.   

 

And then I chose to stop trying to be perfect, and start being real.

LIfe Lesson for All:  When women open up to each other, allow ourselves to be vulnerable, ask for help, and surround ourselves with other women that believe in you ... You are unstoppable!
