The F.I.T. Mind-Body-Spirit Challenge is here to help guide, motivate and support you and your squad of fabulous women to be the best version of yourselves and as a collective force!  Challenges are available as 5, 10, or 30 day programs to meet the needs of your team.

 

F.I.T. stands for Fierce Intentional Transformation. To be fierce, means to show a heartfelt and powerful intensity. A fierce woman fights for what she wants. She does not play small nor deprioritize her desires out of fear or doubt. An intentional woman takes action that leads her closer to her goals. And a Live Your Truth woman seeks transformation not because she is broken, but because she seeks to explore her limitless potential and takes every opportunity to create her best self. ⁠

💪 BODY = Virtual personal training sessions with me and our F.I.T. sisterhood! Do it at home with minimal equipment. Works for all fitness levels. Guaranteed.⁠

🔥 SPIRIT = Advice, support, and practical applications to tap into limitless reservoir of inner strength & reignite your soul.⁠

Just like physical fitness, mental fitness requires daily "exercise" to strengthen your sense of self-belief & self-trust.   You will implement courageous mindset strategies to promote fortitude & lasting transformation. 

HOW:  

Daily mindset strategies on how to take intentional action to reach your goals!  Delivered directly to you.

BODY

A strong body makes the mind strong 

Consistent exercise breeds self-confidence.  When you feel more confident, you feel more energetic, positive and empowered in all areas of life:  your career, family, friendships, & love. 

That is why fitness is such an integral part of attaining a fulfilling & joyous life.

The F.I.T. Challenge provides daily strength training workouts via Zoom.  The classes are designed for ALL fitness levels, literally no experience required.  These are not public sessions - only for the F.I.T. Team!

HOW:

Daily 20-min personal training sessions!  

You can attend live or DIY & do the workouts when the time is best for you.

Minimal equipment required - just a fitness band & stability ball.  Dumbbells are optional.

When you purposely surround yourself with goal-getter women, your 10x more likely to be successful.  That's why the F.I.T. Challenge is a group program.  There's power in our collective spirit.

 It's easy to feel stuck, unsure how to gain the courage and confidence to live your truth. That's why F.I.T. was created - to help you live your best life, for the rest of  your life.  We accomplish this through teamwork, community, and collaboration.  

HOW:

Weekly virtual gatherings to provide motivation and support from me, your coach, as well as the Live Your Truth F.I.T. sisterhood.  Together we are stronger!
